Returns and exchanges


At Di Murini we would like you to be delighted with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange or refund your lingerie or sleepwear we are committed to resolving that quickly and to your satisfaction.

 

Di Murini’s returns policy for the Valentine's Day season requires that any return or exchange requests on gifts are made by February 25th, 2009.  Typically, the return period is 14 days from the date you have received your order, however, any orders made from mid-January are welcome to be returned until February 25th, 2009.      

You may exchange your order or cancel your order for any item purchased on this website (see exclusion below for bespoke/custom made or specially ordered products) and receive a replacement garment or a full refund (excluding costs in respect of postage and packaging).
To do so, you must:

•    Advise us by phone, e-mail or post within 14 working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number.
•    To ensure no damage occurs to the returning item(s), we advise you to return item(s) with the original packaging. You are required to take reasonable care of the item(s) leaving all labels and tags intact and attached.
•    Return the item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving your item. The items must be unworn and unwashed when returned to us. If you wish to try the item on, it is required that you wear underwear beneath the Di Murini garment. If Di Murini considers that the item is soiled or damaged if any way, a refund will be denied.
•    You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item(s) to us.  Di Murini does not accept responsibility for the loss of packages sent back to us by a customer, therefore, we encourage you to return garments using recorded delivery. Proof of purchase certificates and recorded delivery receipts need to be retained by the customer.
•    Sorry but we do not accept returns by courier.
•    If you need to exchange or return an item, please the garment to:

Returns from the USA  -  Di Murini, 1406 Shadow Lane, Fullerton, CA, 92831 USA.

Exchanged items

If the replacement lingerie, swimsuits or sleepwear costs less than the original purchase then we will refund you the difference. However, if the new product costs more than the original purchase then a further payment will be required from you.

Bespoke garments or other garments that are specially made or specially ordered

If an item is specially made for you then we cannot accept returns.
Please note: Please take care to double check the measurements that you send to us to prevent any disappointment when ordering anything which is specially ordered or made for you .
If an item, which we would not normally stock, is specially ordered for you at your request, then again, we cannot accept returns. Please look at our special sizing chart and feel free to contact us if you require any further advice.

Refund of payment


Please note: if the designer lingerie or sleepwear was bought as a gift and a refund is required then we are only able to refund the person who paid originally. Therefore, Di Murini will be required to inform the original purchaser. The refund will only be made to the VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS credit card or PayPal account which was originally used to pay for the garment(s).
